The mission of The Tukufu
Group is to assist individuals, families and organizations to
enhance their effectiveness. We accomplish this by offering
customized services in the area of personal growth and
development, organizational development, diversity management,
and church consultation.

Dr. Darryl Tukufu, President
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Dr. Tukufu has
twenty-five (25) years experience as an executive or program
director in the public, governmental, or faith-based sectors,
seven (7) years experience in teaching at the college or
university level, and two and a half (2 ½) years as a community
college administrator. A few of his positions have been
Pres/CEO of Urban League affiliates, President and Executive
Director of the Greater Cleveland Roundtable, and
Director of Men’s Ministry and Cell Group Ministry at
Mississippi Boulevard Christian Church (Memphis). Tukufu,
an ordained minister, has a
Ph.D. in sociology, from the University of Akron; a D. Min. in
Ministry from Jacksonville Theological Seminary, and he is a CDP
(Certified Diversity Professional) from NTL Institute for
Applied Behavioral Sciences and Cleveland State University.

Dr. Tukufu’s presentations, workshops
and/or seminars are highly energetic, inspirational and/or
interactive. They are punctuated with humor, and sprinkled with
real-life experiences. Compassionate by nature, Dr. Tukufu
draws his audience into his delivery with the skill of a
storyteller. He is the author of three books that relate to
personal growth and development while maintaining a positive
mental attitude.

Myra Tukufu, Vice
President/Operations Manager
Myra, a native of Memphis,
Tennessee, is skilled in the area of customer relations
and sales.
Over the years she has been involved in numerous
professional organizations that have enabled her to use
her skills in her profession.
Some of these organizations
are: Urban Financial Services Coalition, Junior
Achievement, Black Professionals, Women Council of Realtors, and the Business Youth Exchange/Chamber of
Commerce.
Myra brings to The Tukufu Group, an engaging
personality, quick wit, and humor, as well as a no-nonsense
office environment.
The Tukufu Group also includes a
diverse group of effective and efficient organizational
development and diversity management
consultants.
